Poverty in Australia is a fact of life for many residents. The country is one of the wealthiest developed countries in the world, but that does not mean the country doesn’t have poverty.
The Rural Communities Social Services Inc. (RCSS) provides emergency relief supporting people experiencing financial distress or hardship and who have limited means or resources to help them alleviate their financial crisis. Being the first point of contact for an individual with complex needs, allowing for referral to more intensive support such as financial counselling or mental health or alcohol and other drugs support. To further provide, immediate financial and/or material support to people in financial and emergency/disaster crisis. Assistance is delivered by giving/seeking shelter, food, transport or vouchers, food parcels, hygiene facilities such as showers and laundry, clothing budgeting assistance and/or referrals to other services that help to address underlying causes of financial and psychological crisis We also support their animals and the wildlife on country warriors.

Our support is through philanthropy and we don't charge the vulnerable to provide to the vulnerable. All our services are provided through donations from our sponsors, founders and sales of merchandise!
